Why not write a brief review about how well ran on your hardware? The LEGO Movie Videogame developer Traveller’s Tales has posted a new trailer for the tie-in, featuring paltforming, building and Batman. We recently reported that the LEGO Movie Videogame is out in 2014 on almost every format under the sun. Hit the link for the first screenshots. Directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller’s The LEGO Movie was a surprise critical/commercial hit for Warner Bros. Pictures and WB Animation back in 2014. Aiming to capitalize on the film’s breakout success, WB is moving forward with several new LEGO franchise installments, all of which are also being produced (and, in the case of The LEGO Movie Sequel, co-written) by Lord and Miller. First in line is the LEGO Movie spinoff, The LEGO Batman Movie, featuring the Will Arnett-voiced LEGO-ized version of the Caped Crusader. WB had previously released a pair of teaser trailers for The LEGO Batman Movie that riff on the eponymous superhero’s personality quirks and pop culture legacy, but without revealing anything about the film’s plot in the process.

However, during WB’s Hall H panel at San Diego Comic-Con 2016, a more plot-oriented LEGO Batman Movie theatrical preview was unveiled at last. That LEGO Batman Movie Comic-Con trailer is now online too, for everyone who’s not in Hall H to see. You can watch the Comic-Con trailer for LEGO Batman Movie above, then read the official synopsis below:But there are big changes brewing in Gotham, and if he wants to save the city from The Joker’s hostile takeover, Batman may have to drop the lone vigilante thing, try to work with others and maybe, just maybe, learn to lighten up. The LEGO Batman Movie Comic-Con trailer focuses on what looks to be a very funny relationship between Batman and Robin (Arnett’s Arrested Development costar, Michael Cera) in the film. However, it’s also known that Batman’s relationships with Batgirl (Rosario Dawson) and Alfred (Ralph Fiennes) – the latter of which also appears in the new trailer – will be put under the microscope in this new animated movie too.

Meanwhile, The Joker (glimpsed briefly in the Comic-Con preview) is being brought to life by Zach Galifianakis in LEGO-animated form. Seth Grahame-Smith (Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter) wrote The LEGO Batman Movie, with LEGO Movie animation co-director Chris McKay calling the shots. Judging by the Comic-Con trailer, this LEGO spinoff will strive to balance kid-friendly jokes, visual gags and action/comedy with humor geared more towards an adult audience – something The LEGO Movie was quite successful at. Whether or not LEGO Batman Movie will be equally successful (or sophisticated) in that regard, remains to be seen. NEXT: The LEGO Batman Movie Comic-Con Poster The LEGO Batman Movie opens in U.S. theaters on February 10th, 2017, followed by Ninjago on September 22nd, 2017 and The LEGO Movie Sequel on February 8th, 2019. Source: Warner Bros. PicturesThe Lego Ninjago Movie, the second spin-off of the highly successful Lego Movie (the first being The Lego Batman Movie which will be released on March 30) has received its first trailer.

A video game that follows the storyline of the 2014 hit movie. 17 February 2014 | Not the very best LEGO game ever made but it's definitely one of them!! See the full review @ http://idiotbox.co.uk/lego-movie-video game-review/ The first impressions of The LEGO Movie Video ... During the Cloud Cuckoo conference cut scene, the figure of Milhouse from the Simpson's Lego set is digitally blurred out.Following the release of that jaw-dropping new Wonder Woman trailer yesterday, Warner Bros. has now unveiled a fun new trailer for another superhero movie of a different kind (of the brick building kind, to be exact): The LEGO Batman Movie.

The upcoming LEGO Movie spinoff sees the return of Will Arnett as super lonely billionaire playboy philanthropist Bruce Wayne and his alter ego, Batman. Starring alongside Arnett is Michael Cera as Bruce Wayne’s ward Dick Grayson/Robin (who hilariously likes to go pantless as the Boy Wonder, much to Batman’s horror and our utter delight), Rosario Dawson as Batgirl, Ralph Fiennes as Alfred Pennyworth, Mariah Carey as the mayor of Gotham City and Zach Galifianakis as The Joker. Here’s what the new movie will be about: In the irreverent spirit of fun that made The LEGO Movie a worldwide phenomenon, the self-described leading man of that ensemble – LEGO Batman – stars in his own big-screen adventure. From what I can see in that trailer, methinks this is something that’s gonna be hard to accomplish for our Caped Crusader (after all: Darkness. But with the help of Robin, Batgirl and Alfred, he may just get there. Directed by Chris McKay (Robot Chicken), from a script co-written by Seth Grahame-Smith (Pride & Prejudice & Zombies), Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers (both of whom worked on the Spider-Man: Homecoming screenplay), The LEGO Batman Movie will open on Feb. 10, 2017.

Everything is awesome in the new Lego Dimensions E3 Expo trailer, because this game seemingly has everyone in it. No, we mean it when we say everyone. This trailer from Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, TT Games, and The LEGO Group has The Lego Movie‘s Wyldstyle zooming around on her bike, accompanied by ET as the new Ghostbusters are aided in their battle against Slimer by Harry Potter, Tom Cruise tickles Scooby Doo on the streets of Hogsmeade, and Batman hangs out with Sloth from The Goonies. And those are just some of the characters and franchises that pop up here, as we also get to see Gandalf, Harley Quinn, Marty McFly, Finn and Jake from Adventure Time, The Doctor himself from Doctor Who, Mr. T, the Wicked Witch of the West, Beast Boy, Newt Scamander, Gizmo, Gollum, and Sonic. We first saw this action packed trailer, which promises bigger characters, stories, battles, and possibilities, at Yahoo. We’re not surprised to see such a wide-ranging collection of characters from across the pop culture spectrum, because the game already has so many, but this new wave of year two packs, set to start being released this September through next summer, has really made this the ultimate mega-cross-franchise-fantasy come to life.
