Lego Island 2: The Brickster's Revenge is an action-adventure comedy video game. It is the sequel to Lego Island and was followed by Island Xtreme Stunts. Activities in the game include riding skateboards, scubadiving, flying planes, and riding pterodactyls. The player must deliver pizzas to complete the first stage of the game, additionally, he or she can engage in non-compulsory activities, such as skateboarding at the skatepark and exploring the island. To complete a further stage of the game, the player must also help find the missing pieces from the Informaniac's Constructopedia, which have been scattered around the island by the Brickster. The player must also defeat the Dark Knight in a jousting tournament and dive underwater to retrieve bricks on Castle Island.

Brickster utilizza dei peperoncini recuperati dalla pizza precedente per formare un ardente respiro di pizza calda, con il quale scioglie le porte della prigione e scappa, rubando un elicottero della polizia. Così vola verso il centro informazioni e ruba la Constructopedia, il libro contenente i progetti di tutti gli edifici dell'isola, e quindi disperde le sue pagine attraverso lo spazio e il tempo. Tutti gli edifici di Lego Island sono distrutti. Dopo aver chiamato i 'Brickster-Bots' di Ogel, Brickster parte per Ogel Island (un asteroide fluttuante nello spazio che è abitato da alieni e Brickster Bots dove poi il Brickster risiede). Pepper deve così dare la caccia e distruggere i Brickster-Bots lanciando loro addosso le pizze. Poi comincia a individuare alcune delle pagine disperse. Con ogni pagina ritrovata, un edificio viene ricostruito.
