Just a short while ago, LEGO officially revealed the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2017 Mighty Micros sets. Like with the DC wave, there will be three sets for Marvel as well and will be displayed at San Diego Comic Con 2016 next month. As seen above, we have Wolverine vs. Magneto. Wolverine has a X-Wing Mighty Micro while the Magneto minifigure looks kind of like Onslaught with black head piece with white eyes. Next up we also have Iron Man vs. Thanos. This is the first time we have Thanos in a traditional minifigure form, albeit a tiny version, and he comes with an Infinity Gauntlet Mighty Micro with the Infinity Gems. The Iron Man minifigure has the classic Armor Model 4 suit. Finally we have Spider-Man vs. Scorpion. Spider-Man makes another appearance in a Mighty Micros set with a slightly different head printing and this time he has the Spider-Mobile.HomeMailFlickrTumblrNewsSportsFinanceCelebrityAnswersGroupsMobileMoviesJuly 1, 2016Although Avengers: Infinity War is still two years away, Thanos will be invading Earth later this month.

But we’ve never seen anything quite like this.Thanks to the creativity of Milan Sekiz, a 29-year-old graphic designer based in Serbia, we now have an idea of what a suit made of Lego would look like, and it is awesome. So far he only has an arm put together, but the amount of detail he put into it is incredible. And did we mention it’s a moving, working arm?Sekiz picked up photography in order to expand his graphic designing skills, and he most often photographs animals and food. But with Legos, he’s able to practice still photography without having to worry about other variables like moving subjects."

Since I don't possess infinite amount of Lego parts, when I build something I must destroy it, so I can build something else,” he said via email. “Sometimes that is quite a sad thing to do but that is Lego philosophy in the end, right? So instead of shelves with a bunch of my own creations I have a bunch photos on my hard drive.”When it came to building his own suit of armor, he had inspiration from one of his favorite heroes and his new suit. Although he started by modeling his Lego arm off Iron Man’s suit, he had to change his course in the middle of building it.“First version was more like a simple model and looking more like Iron Man’s hand, but a lack of parts and a desire to make the arm move [made me] change design completely,” he said. “So now it’s looking more like ExoSuit from the Edge of Tomorrow movie or something like that.” He shot some of the photos, and for the outside photos he had assistance from Moky Alletun. He plans to start making a Lego leg next, but that won’t be for some time;

he’ll need more Lego parts, and he’s got plenty of ideas for photoshoots planned.While Sekiz’s photos of the arm were originally posted to Flickr, they eventually made their way to Reddit thanks to his friend Igor, who posted the robotic arm in r/geek, r/lego, and r/GeekPorn. Reddit, naturally, loved it.“[The reaction’s] mainly positive along with jokes like ‘one fast motion and Legos everywhere,’ ‘now you are equally strong but less mobile,’ ‘you are building a suit of virginity’ and stuff like that :),” he wrote. “But jokes are always welcome.” All photos courtesy of Milan Sekiz and used with permission Up next after the break: It’s a superpower showdown with the Mighty Micros: Iron Man Vs Thanos set from LEGO Marvel Super Heroes. Iron Man has invented a speedy vehicle with rear rocket thrusters, ready to face Thanos’ car with its five Infinity gem elements and movable front fingers resembling the Infinity Gauntlet. Wait for the right moment for Iron Man to deploy his secret weapon: a wrench to dismantle his enemy's car!

This set includes 2 mini-figures with mini legs, 2 vehicles and accessories. Packaged: 13.5 x 19.5 x 29.5cm More than 10 in stockPhoto by Minh Pham It’s hard to nail down an exact number, but based on the comics and movies, Tony Stark has created somewhere between 46 to 52 different Iron Man suits. Lego customizer Minh Pham has flawlessly recreated 24 of them by painstakingly modifying and customizing Lego Minifigs. Photo by Minh Pham Pham even recreated Tony Stark’s armory, hidden beneath his mansion, complete with his workshop at the bottom surrounded by some of his more massive creations. Hopefully we can convince Pham to post his creation to Lego Ideas so the rest of us have a chance to own this comprehensive set one day, since few of us have his customization skills.
