Ben 10: Up to Speed Riding the Storm out (Mandarin)Ben 10: Alien Force was a theme introduced in 2010 and discontinued in that same year of 2010, based on the cartoon series of the same name broadcast on Cartoon Network. It was very unsuccessful with LEGO buyers and only lasted about 6 months on the market in some countries. It is also a TECHNIC subtheme. Set five years after the events of the original Ben 10 series, Ben 10: Alien Force follows the 15-year-old Ben Tennyson as he trains a new team of teenaged heroes to fight the genocidal Highbreed and locate his missing grandfather, Max. The Omnitrix, the strange wristwatch-like device that allows him to transform into ten different types of super-powered alien, has recalibrated, giving him access to a new selection of breeds and abilities. The theme was small and short-lived, containing just six sets. Each set is an action figure version of one of Ben's alien forms, composed of between fourteen and twenty-two pieces.

They are similar to BIONICLE figures but with simplified constructions and more specific parts. The theme was the first to use a redesigned ball-and-socket joint, intended to replace the earlier, more rigid kind that was prone to breaking. Each figure has glow-in-the-dark eyes and a glow-in-the-dark Omnitrix on its chest.Warner Bros. has released the first trailer for The LEGO Batman Movie, the animated Caped Crusader’s spinoff feature from The LEGO Movie. Will Arnett returns to voice the Gotham vigilante in the satirical spin on the classic comic book character for director Chris McKay (Robot Chicken).  From a script by Seth Grahame-Smith, the film centers on the solitary Bat of Gotham whose world is turned upside down when Robin and Batgirl come on the scene. This teaser trailer is fantastic, and couldn’t come at a better time. While Ben Affleck‘s Batman in Batman v Superman is a very dark incarnation of the Caped Crusader, The LEGO Batman Movie‘s take on the character looks to be equally different, diving deep into the monotonous day-to-day of what it’s really like to be Batman.

McKay was the co-director on The LEGO Movie, overseeing the animation from its base of operations in Australia, so he already has a solid handle on the tone that Phil Lord and Chris Miller established in that film, and I really can’t wait to spend 90 minutes with Arnett’s iteration of this superhero, and all the glorious banality that that entails. The cast is filled out by Michael Cera as Batman’s sidekick Robin, Rosario Dawson as Batgirl/Barbara Gordon, and Zach Galifianakis as The Joker, Ralph Fiennes as Alfred Pennyworth and Mariah Carey as the Mayor of Gotham. The LEGO Batman Movie is set to arrive in theaters February 10, 2017, but for now you can watch the first trailer below. Here’s the official synopsis for The LEGO Batman Movie: In the irreverent spirit of fun that made “The LEGO® Movie” a worldwide phenomenon, the self-described leading man of that ensemble – LEGO Batman – stars in his own big-screen adventure. But there are big changes brewing in Gotham, and if he wants to save the city from The Joker’s hostile takeover, Batman may have to drop the lone vigilante thing, try to work with others and maybe, just maybe, learn to lighten up.

Ben may be the galaxy's greatest hero, but his new Omnitrix is just as unpredictable as ever. He's looking forward to being a solo superhero. Unfortunately, Grandpa Max has other plans. The young Ben Tennyson is a very special kid! He can turn himself into ten different aliens thank to the Omnitrix, a magic watch-like device. Bloxx, a shape shifting alien made up of many segments. He can stretch, fold and build his body into almost any shape - a shield, a container, extra long arm or even a catapult. Exclusive to young Ben, Feedback has the ability to absorb energy attacks and channel them as a blast of his own. He can also use the plug-like digits at the end of his fingers and dreadlocks to drain energy from opponents. Gravattack is literally a small planet, complete with a molten core center. Has gravity-based powers which he can use to create gravity fields which increase or decrease the gravity of others, making them light as a feather, or weigh 100 tons! This is Rook, Ben's super-skilled new partner and sidekick.

With his proto tech armour he can resist enemy fire or fire grappling hooks and his proto tool can transform into different kinds of weapons. This is the electrifying Schocksquach, a yetti-like alien with super strength. He generates huge amounts of electricity which he can fire at his enemies through bolts of energy. This is the firey Heatblast, burning hot as ever. He can fire balls of flame from his fists, fly through the air on a fire board and he's immune to heat or cold attacks. This is the indomitable Cannonbolt. He can roll into an almost indestructible ball, bounce around creating powerful shockwaves or spin into a fierce tornado. Ball Weevil uses a sticky ball to collect random junk. When he's ready to attack, he kicks the debris ball, which explodes on contact. The bigger the ball, the bigger the boom! Kickin' Hawk comes from an alien race that resembles giant roosters. He's an incredibly tough fighter with devastating kicks. This is the armadillo-like alien with a yellow, armored body and a horned helmet.

He has incredible digging capabilities and can generate shock waves and earthquakes by punching the ground. With lightning-quick reflexes and the power to reach speeds of 500 mph, XLR8 is Ben's fastest alien. When Ben transforms into this dinosaur-like alien, he has super strength, armour-like skin, and the ability to grow 60 feet tall. This is Fourarms, a familiar face but back with a new look. He has super fighting strength. He can leap high in the air and use his big smack to create a powerful shockwave. Khyber the Huntsman is a skilled tracker and ruthless villain who prides himself on his patience, taking time to study his targets and wearing them down with this persistence. So much shade being thrown aroundDarkness, No Parents: The First Lego Batman Trailer Is Here3/24/16 9:03amA few years ago, no one would have thought that the most anticipated solo Batman movie would be a Lego one. But that’s the power of not only The Lego Movie, which introduced him, but Will Arnett’s gravely voice, which makes him real.
