Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes är ett dator- och TV-spel till Playstation 3, Playstation Vita, Nintendo 3DS, Wii, Wii U, Nintendo DS, Xbox 360 och Microsoft Windows. Spelet utvecklades av Traveller's Tales 2012 och är en uppföljare till Lego Batman: The Video Game. Mångmiljonären Bruce Wayne tilldelas "Man of the Year"-priset med Lex Luthor som tvåa, vilket gör Lex mycket upprörd. Allt går bra tills superskurkarna Jokern, Pingvinen, Gåtan, Two-Face och Harley Quinn dyker upp och rånar alla på deras värdesaker. Jokern stjäl även Bruce Waynes pris. Bruce och Dick byter om till Batman och Robin för att stoppa skurkarna. De lyckas fånga alla utom Jokern, som flyr till havs. Efter en lång jakt lyckas dock hjältarna besegra honom och skickar honom till Arkham. Senare blir Jokern befriad av Lex Luthor med hjälp av ett kryptonitdrivet vapen som kallas "The Deconstructor". Lex satsar på att bli USA:s president och behöver Jokerns hjälp för att genomföra det. Med hjälp av Jokerns specialgjorda gas kan de manipulera väljarna att rösta på Lex.
I gengäld får Jokern använda det kryptonitdrivna vapnet för sina egna gärningar. De befriar sedan de andra fångarna och flyr med en helikopter. Batman och Robin får sedan hjälp från Stålmannen, Green Lantern, Cyborg, Flash och Wonder Woman för att stoppa Lex Luthors ondskefulla plan. Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes har ett koncept i form av en öppen värld. Spelets gameplay liknar sin föregångare, Lego Batman: The Videogame, men tillåter spelare att spela som klassiska Batmanfigurerna, samt andra olika superhjältar från DC Comics, så som Robin, Batgirl, Green Lantern, Stålmannen, Flash och Wonder Woman. Det finns 70 spelbara figurer. Nya prylar som Robin Hazarddräkt, Stålmannens värmesyn och en Power Suit för Batman introducerades. en extra 2-spelare kooperativa spelläget, är också närvarande. En delbar skärm används också på grund av att spelet har en väldigt öppen miljö. Det mesta av Gotham City kan delas upp i "bricks", som spelarna kan använda för att bygga nya dräkter och föremål som kan hjälpa till att lösa pussel.
Spelet fick gott mottagande, med kritiker som prisade dess raffinerade gameplay, story och röstskådespeleri. Spelet fick dock mindre bra kritism för några mindre och sporadiska tekniska buggar. Gameinformer gav spelet en 8,25. På Metacritic fick spelet en 80 för Xbox 360-versionen och 81 för PS3-versionen. Bruce wins, however, his victory is shortfelt as the Joker and numerous other rogues begin to loot the theater. Batman and Robin then track the villains one-by-one and send them all to Arkham. Shortly after, they are informed of a breakout at Arkham. The dynamic duo manages to recapture all but the Joker, who is still mysteriously missing. Batman identifies the device used for the breakout as Lex Luthor's but is forced to abandon the scene to stop the Joker, who is attacking Ace Chemicals.
They laren he is processing fake kryptonite with Lex Luthor, and attack his VTOL, and escape with the kryptonite. However, it was a ruse for the Joker and Lex to locate Batman's hidden supply of kryptonite. Arkham Asylum Poison Ivy(Written by Batman – with a little help from William) With the most important movie in cinematic history about to be released, there has to be equally awesome merchandise. And if you are going to have a review of these impressive items, you need the best reviewer of all times! So, instead of having some guy named Will feebly putting words together, I, Batman, have stepped in to make this review worthy for all of you! No matter where I go, I dispense justice! Like when I went down to gator country, I was totally prepared to handle any villains. So let me tell you about what the #70907 LEGO Batman Movie Killer Croc Tail Gator set is all about. ➡ THE LEGO BATMAN BAT-SKI (JET-SKI) I was taking it easy, looking awesome on my Bat-ski. Most people would call it a jet-ski, but they’d be wrong! It’s much more incredible than your run-of-the-mill aquatic recreational vehicle. I
t’s an instrument of extreme Battitude! Note the slim design with sliders, so I can float over any surface. Hmm, might even be able to drive down the street with this thing… Also, check out the sweet Bat-fins on the back. That helps for reasons I can’t get into right now, just know that they are super cool and secret. It also features an adjustable handlebar in case I feel like changing things up. Maybe I’m holding it one handed or leaning back. Kids, remember to follow all jet-ski rules, the ability to “change things up” is one of my special powers. Sh, and speaking about safety, this is where things get dangerous! Like I said before, this is a Machine of Justice, and I hand out that justice with the left and right stud-shooters on either side of the Bat-ski! That’s right, I am doubly prepared for any criminal, even on vacation. And it was a good thing I was, because Killer Croc had his own recreational vehicle. ➡ THE LEGO KILLER CROC TAIL-GATOR (MONSTER TRUCK)
I guess for a truck, it’s fairly big. And having real bouncing shocks is cool. It does allow Croc to drive over pretty much anything. But it can’t match the speed of the Bat-ski! So I was on his “tail” in no time. That’s when he gave me a little surprise… At the back of the truck are two mounted crates. And with a twist of a knob, they come flying off the sides of the truck. What – you might ask – are in these crates? Frogs and dynamite, but mostly frogs! Sure dynamite blows up, but frogs in the wrong environment can ruin ecosystems! Fortunately, I noticed the vehicle had a major weakness. Because Killer Croc is so large, he has to ride in the back of the truck. This means the gear-shifter and steering wheel are extended and out in the open so he can reach them. Throw a Batarang or two and I put him in park! Once he was stopped, that’s when I realized he wasn’t alone. I’ll let the Bat Computer take it from here… ➡ THE LEGO BATMAN MOVIE SET CHARACTERS
➡ MORE COOL STUFF IN THIS LEGO BATMAN MOVIE SET So after getting Killer Croc to stop, and then seeing Zebra-Man jump out of the truck, a crazy vigilante lady showed up and started attacking them both. Which gives me the perfect opportunity to point out some of the cooler pieces in the set. First up, we have some sweet wood paneling that is printed right on the tiles. I know what you’re thinking, “Batman, we’ve already seen wood printing on tiles.” Sure we have, but these are on 1×3 tiles and 1×6 tiles. And look over here, is that a 2×3 tile? Yes, it is, because The LEGO Batman Movie sets are awesome! But the fun doesn’t stop there. The voodoo ball piece at the end of Killer Croc’s stick-shift is printed to be an eight ball. I wonder if it is magic? Hmm, might need to take it when I’m done, and ask it a few questions. Finally, we check out the front with this cattle head. Man, Croc really needs help decorating. Anyways, right below the skull is the best thing ever; a
rectangular bar with four stud connections, and it is in black?! If only I had a crowbar with me… Maybe I do have one in what is probably the best piece of all on this set! Around my super amazingly toned waist is my utility-belt. It holds my most important things, like my Bat-license, my Bat-keys, my Bat-phone, my Bat-breath-mints… you know, all the stuff that makes a superhero special. ➡ FINAL THOUGHTS ON THIS LEGO BATMAN MOVIE SET Of course everything related to Batman is awesome, but for those who are extra picky and want to see flaws in everything, there are a couple of things to point out. First of all, Killer Croc is big, and logically he’d need something huge to drive, but he looks silly driving on the back of his own vehicle. That’s like if I climbed in the trunk to drive the Batmobile – which would still be awesome, because all my stuff is cool. The #70907 LEGO Batman Movie Killer Croc Tail Gator set is 460 pieces, and will cost $69.99 when it becomes available in January. B
ased on the price, it seems like much of the cost is going into the Killer Croc mould. While I understand this – after all, when people see me beat a bigger foe, they clap all the louder – if you don’t care for Croc, this set is too pricey for what you get. As for me, I’m getting all of The LEGO Batman Movie sets because I’m rich… and because I’m Batman! In the stop-motion build review below by Artifex Creation you can see the set in more detail.
