This Privacy Policy explains how Leetcash ("Leetcash," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use our Telegram bot, Telegram Mini App, API, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

We process personal data in line with applicable data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

Telegram first name and display information provided by Telegram
Telegram language or locale settings
Telegram authentication data needed to verify Mini App access

Public profile alias or identifier
Ratings, reviews, completed deal counts, and trust statistics
Account status, moderation flags, block status, and appeal status
Language preference and basic account settings

2.3 Offer and deal data

Currency pairs, amounts, exchange rates, payment methods, cities, districts, and offer descriptions
Offer status, version, share identifiers, and timestamps
Deal status, deal participants, cancellation reasons, reports, ratings, and related metadata
Messages and message delivery/read status inside deal chats, where chat features are available

2.4 Reports, appeals, and moderation data

Reports, appeal text, moderation decisions, and reasons
Evidence or supporting information you provide
Internal moderation notes and delivery status for moderation notifications

2.5 Technical and security data

Access token metadata and authentication timestamps
Request metadata needed for security, rate limiting, debugging, abuse prevention, and service operation
Error logs and operational logs

We do not intentionally collect payment card details or bank account credentials.
Any payment or cash exchange happens directly between users outside the Service.

3. How We Use Your Data

3.1 To provide the Service

We use data to authenticate users, display offers, create and manage deals, show profiles, support chat flows, and operate the Mini App and bot.

3.2 To support trust and safety

We use ratings, reports, moderation data, account status, and deal history to show trust signals, review unsafe behavior, block abusive accounts, and protect users.

3.3 To communicate with you

We may send service messages, deal notifications, moderation notices, appeal updates, and bot replies through Telegram.

3.4 To maintain and improve the Service

We use operational data to diagnose issues, prevent abuse, improve reliability, develop features, and generate aggregate statistics.

3.5 To comply with law

We may process and retain data where necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights and users.

4. Data Storage

Account, offer, deal, trust, report, and moderation data are stored in a managed database.
Notification and delivery data may be processed by worker services.
The Service may rely on infrastructure providers whose servers can be located outside your country of residence.

Where the GDPR applies and data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms or adequacy decisions where required.

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share data with:

infrastructure providers as necessary to operate the Service;
Telegram, as necessary for bot, Mini App, authentication, and notification functionality;
moderators or operators who review reports, appeals, and safety issues;
law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other authorities when required by law.

Public profile, offer, rating, review, and trust information may be visible to other users as part of the Service.

6. Offline Exchanges

Leetcash does not process, hold, transfer, or settle user funds.
Offline cash exchanges are arranged and performed directly by users.
Do not share sensitive financial credentials, card details, private keys, passwords, or one-time codes through the Service.

7. Your Rights

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, you may have the right to:

access your personal data;
correct inaccurate data;
request deletion of your data in certain circumstances;
restrict or object to processing;
receive your data in a portable format;
lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Data Retention

Offer, deal, rating, report, and moderation records may be retained to preserve trust history, investigate disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
Technical logs are retained for a limited period unless needed for security, debugging, or legal reasons.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encrypted transport, token-based authentication, rate limiting, and role-based restrictions.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is intended only for individuals aged 18 or older.
