What is Leetcash?

Leetcash is a service for finding counterparties and coordinating offline peer-to-peer currency exchange. It includes the Telegram Mini App, Telegram bot, and leet.cash landing page.
It helps people publish offers, find counterparties, agree on cash exchange deals, and review trust signals before meeting in person.

Does Leetcash exchange money for users?

No. Leetcash is not a bank, exchange office, payment provider, escrow service, broker, or financial institution.
Users make their own decisions and perform exchanges directly with each other offline.

How do offers work?

A user creates an offer with the currencies, amount, rate, city, district, and payment route they want to exchange.
Other users can browse offers, open details, and start a deal from a suitable offer.

What is a guarded deal?

A guarded deal keeps the agreed offer, chat context, status, and trust flow in one place.
It does not mean Leetcash holds funds, guarantees payment, or guarantees that a counterparty will act honestly.

Can Leetcash guarantee a safe exchange?

No. Leetcash provides trust signals, ratings, reports, moderation, and safety measures within the service, but offline cash exchange always carries risk.
Users are responsible for checking the counterparty, choosing a safe public meeting place, and complying with local law.

What trust signals are available?

Leetcash may show public profile information, completed deal counts, ratings, reviews, reports, account status, and other safety indicators.
These signals are informational and should not be treated as a guarantee.

What should I do if a deal goes wrong?

Use the report or appeal flow in the app where available.
Provide clear details and relevant evidence so the issue can be reviewed.
Moderation may restrict accounts, block unsafe users, or take other actions within the service.

Are rates controlled by Leetcash?

No. Users set their own rates.
If exchange-rate hints are shown, they are informational only and may be delayed, incomplete, or different from rates available elsewhere.

Which currencies and cities are supported?

Supported currencies and cities depend on the current app configuration.
The available options are shown inside the Mini App when creating or filtering offers.

Is Telegram required?

Yes. Leetcash uses Telegram for authentication, Mini App access, bot entry points, notifications, and Telegram-native sharing.
