You can browse and create offers, review other users’ profiles and ratings, and discuss exchange details directly in the app.
Does Leetcash exchange users’ money?
No. Leetcash is not a bank, currency exchange, payment service, or escrow service, and does not take part in transferring money.
Users agree on the terms themselves and exchange funds directly with each other offline.
How do offers work?
A user creates an offer by specifying the currencies, amount, exchange rate, city, area, and payment method.
Other users can find suitable offers, review the details, and start a deal.
What is a deal in Leetcash?
A deal lets you keep the agreed terms, communicate with the other participant, and track the exchange status in one place.
Leetcash does not hold funds, process payments, or guarantee that users will fulfill their agreements.
Does Leetcash guarantee that an exchange is safe?
No. Ratings, deal history, trust indicators, reports, and other service features can help you assess another user, but they cannot guarantee that an exchange is safe.
Before meeting, review the available information about the other user, choose a safe location, and assess the risks yourself.
What trust indicators are available?
Leetcash may show public profile information, ratings, the number of completed deals, and other available trust indicators.
This information can help you assess another user, but it does not guarantee that they are trustworthy.
What should I do if there is a problem during a deal?
Submit a report through the app and describe what happened in detail. If necessary, provide information that can help us review the situation.
After reviewing the report, Leetcash may restrict the user’s access to certain features or block their account.
Does Leetcash control exchange rates?
No. Users set the exchange rate in their own offers.
Reference rates, if shown in the app, are provided for informational purposes only and may differ from rates available from other sources.
Which currencies and cities are supported?
Available currencies and cities are shown directly in the app when creating or searching for offers.
The available options may change over time.
Is Telegram required?
Yes. Leetcash works as a Telegram Mini App and uses Telegram to launch the app, deliver notifications, and provide other integrated features.
Leetcash does not receive your Telegram password or login codes.
