INVITATION TO TENDER 

Bid Announcement No. SSNT-T0193 

Ethiopian Airlines Group (ETG) intends to invite eligible and competent bidders who are interested to provide car-parking service on Revenue sharing modality on dedicated area in front of Addis Ababa Bole International Airport. 

Any legally established bidder with renewed business license, trade name certificate, commercial registration, current year taxpayer and VAT/TIN Registration certificate can get the tender document. Bidders shall furnish bid security in the form of CPO or unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee with an amount of Birr 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand birr) in the name of Ethiopian Airlines Group. The deposit cheques received from unsuccessful bidders will be returned upon awarding the bid. 

Bidders should deposit non-refundable ETB 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch referring this tender number SSNT-T0193 to Ethiopian Airlines Group Account Number 1000006958277(E-99). Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip to the below address and will get the Tender document by return Email. 

The Bid must be delivered in separate sealed envelopes in one original and copy of the document to Ethiopian Airlines, Strategic Sourcing section not later than 8th April 2020 at 2:30 PM. All copies of the bids shall be submitted in separate envelopes i.e., the (Technical Proposal, Financial Offer and Bid Security) and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES" both for the "The Technical Proposal” and “Financial Offer". The bid will be opened on the same date 8th April 2020 at 3:00 PM at Ethiopian Airlines Employees Main Cafeteria in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives.
