Just 220v single phase electricity...The parts tumble very slowly, in a basket made from extruded metal, about one revolution per minute.
From below a paddle wheel scoops up and throws tiny steel shot, into the parts, at high speed.. I think they are called "wheelabrators"... But does anyone else know a name for these machines ? They are using them to hinge an amour off of the wall, and behind it is a hidden staircase. These hinges are designed to hide in the wall and be lag bolted to horizontal studs. They are dept adjustable using spacers on the three allen key bolts...For those of you wondering about the strange bolt pattern in the box mount, that's designed so the lag bolts don't cross over each other's paths.
