This is why the Vikings Group decided to offer a fresh concept on the table by giving us Vikings Venue. Located beside the flagship Vikings restaurant in Mall of Asia (MoA), Vikings Venue is a place where you can celebrate any occasion that you have in mind. Based on the information that I gathered during the launching night, Vikings Venue is divided into five (5) function rooms which can be merged into one for a mega function. This is why Vikings Venue can accommodate a function for a minimum of 50 pax and a maximum of 500 pax. Let me provide you a peek of what you can find inside Vikings Venue. All the function rooms were decorated for the night to give you the glimpse of how amazing your events can be here in Vikings Venue. Okay, so let's take a look at Function Room 1 which is large enough to hold a huge celebration for about 120 to 150 pax. Function Room 2 is smaller and fit for a more intimate celebrations (about 50 to 70 pax). For this night it was designed for themed birthday party.




Just take note that only the venue rental is free and not the decors. For this night, Function Rooms 3 and 4 were combined together and was decorated for a fancier event such as a debut. Function Room 5 is almost the same size as Function Room 1 which means that it can accommodate about 120 to 150 guests. For this night, the room was decorated to be fit for a wedding reception with a Paris theme. Since the place was beautifully designed, I took the opportunity to have this photo. You will also find here in Vikings Venue the same things that you enjoy in other Vikings branches. With over 11 cuisines and 200+ dishes, you will definitely get the urge to eat like a viking. It will be really festive perfect for any celebrations you will hold here. The Japanese section has most of your favorites - the sushi rolls, sashimi, tempura and etc. The Chinese section offers all the usual favorites including the dimsum (i.e. siomai, hakaw and etc.). Of course it won't be a Vikings feast without the carving station where you can find the roast beef, leg of lamb and etc. Also, the carving station is something you really shouldn't miss because of the great quality of meat served. Plus, they tasted amazing! Now, for the desserts, I handpicked some delicacies that grabbed my attention. Of course, there are a lot of others, but let me just share a few with you. There, you will definitely end your dining experience in a sweet note with a lot of varieties to choose from. Alright, so to make it very easy for you, I'll try to summarize here all the important details. Venue rental is FREE of charge as long as you meet the minimum number of people for a particular function room (this may go as low as 50 pax). All you need to pay is the regular buffet rate similar to the Vikings MOA Branch.




The free venue rental is bound by the normal operating hours at 11:00 am to 2:30 pm (for lunch) and 5:30 pm to 10:00 (for dinner); if you wish to go beyond or earlier than these, you may be required to pay P2,500 per function room reserved. Venue reservation is subject to first come first served basis. All the function rooms share one buffet area where you can get your food; hence, if there are simultaneous events, you will encounter other guests in the buffet area.
