Why are these groups dominated by CCP boosters? How have the group admins created an echo chamber for pro CCP & ditching the U.S.? 

This is one example. A person (group name DaWei 大伟）who disagreed with the group owner Pan Haizhou’s negative remarks on America and lies, such as “Obama said if all Chinese live in a high quality life as Americans, it would be a disaster to the world”. So he tried to offer a balanced comment about America’s policy on China and argue that U.S.‘s treatments on China are not all based on bad intentions. This action caused 大伟 quickly banned and removed from the group by Pan Haizhou.
