Joom

Что сейчас важно:

1) На ФБ открыт исключительно плейсмент инстаграм.

2) По инаппу, большинство сеток не проходят под наши KPI. С марта мы отключили больше тридцати таких партнеров.

3) KPI сейчас такие:

1. Rejected installs by adjust < 20%,

2. Conversion Rate by adjust > 0.5%.

Hello.

We are always looking for new opportunities in user acquisition and we are happy to test the possibility of our partnership.

For the usual working process with partners, we use there revenue share model.

You can imagine this model as the Dynamic CPI model.

Revenue share model (Dynamic CPI model)

All payouts in this model are based on the 0wARPU.

0wARPU is the total sum of all purchases happened in the first week after the install divided by the number of the installs.

This will be your CPI. Then you need to multiply this number by the number of installs to have your payout.

Basically, we pay you the amount of money your users generated for us within the first week of their lifetime in our app.

The average number is about $1 per install but some partners manage to keep this number around $1.5—$2. Some of them operate at much lower rates though

This also depends on the country.

And of course, you will be given the access to Adjust so you will be able to see all the information we see.

We do not set any limits or daily caps while working on the rev-share model.

The only limit we set is that we want to have partners who can deliver decent volumes of traffic.

So we want to work with partners who can have at least $10,000 in payouts every month.

NOTE: You should use cart_purchased event, not Users as a base of cohorts in adjust.

Available countries

We are paying you:

180% of the 0wARPU in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine.

130% of the 0wARPU in France, Great Britain, Spain, Germany, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Cyprus, Estonia, Slovakia, Malta.

100% of the 0wARPU in the USA, Canada, Australia.

Biggest markets for us are Russia, France, Great Britain, Spain, Germany, USA.

The list is updated in our monthly letter to partners.

Testing period

As it is impossible to know what will be your ARPU we always give our potential partners the opportunity to run the campaigns with fixed CPI for the testing period.

First of all the testing period is fully optional. You can go straight to the rev-share if you wish.

In the testing period, you have a fixed budget of $5000 and four available countries: Germany, UK, France, and Spain.

The payout is $1 for install. The same payout for Android and iOS.

The payout may seem small but it is better to increase it later with good results.

As for beginning that is where we would like to see the results already.

If the results will be awful from the beginning we can stop it very soon.

CPI Exceptions

We understand that for some companies it is impossible to work on the revenue-share model due to some technical difficulties.

And sometimes when we are fully satisfied with the traffic and assume that it will be profitable for us to work on the CPI model we can continue our partnership on these terms.

To apply for these you should meet the following expectations:

1. Your ARPU is significantly higher than CPI in the testing period. You should have ARPU > $1.15 with CPI = $0.85

2. You are perfectly clean in terms of fraud and suspicious traffic patterns.

3. We see that your performance is stable and you can keep it up for a long time

When working as an exception on the CPI model please note that you will be tested monthly for your compatibility with the revenue share model.

Even one month with the invoice higher that out expected revshare payout can finish this type of partnership.

Tracking and the fraud problem

We would like to have clear and transparent traffic from our partners.

That is why we have close to zero tolerance for the fraud.

In questions of fraudulent installs, we have the trust to Adjust and scalarr.io.

So our definition of quality traffic is like this:

Quality traffic:

  1. Rejected installs by adjust < 20%,
  2. Conversion Rate by adjust > 0.5%.

Those are the parameters of the traffic we pay for.

If you know for sure that it is not achievable for you, it is better not to waste time on this.

Sometimes if fraudulent sources can be located, we can refuse to pay for the exact source or group of sources (e.g. tracker→sub-tracker→1342424_xxxxxx, where all the sources with 1342424_ are a family of fraudulent sources with a level of rejected installs > 30%)

I hope you can understand our intentions.

In the past, we have seen a unique pattern of the traffic. All the revenue events for tracker happen on the first day. Normal distributions are like this: d1/d0≈30%, w1/w0≈30%, d0/w0≈50%.

Now we have a defense from this type of fraud but still please take it into consideration.

Another reason when we can make a deduction is when we suspect that many orders were intentionally canceled.

Our usual cancellation rate is about 0.75% so if we analysing traffic will understand that enormous amount of revenue was canceled we can deduct this from the payout.

And also we reserve our right to stop testing period if your ARPU will not meet our expectations significantly or we will detect a significant amount of fraud traffic.

Law regulations

Because of the Latvian law, we can not work with countries whose jurisdiction if from this list. https://likumi.lv/doc.php?id=25839

And if you have Limited Partnership we need to know the partners of the company.

They should not be from these countries too.

I hope that will not be a problem for you.
