Our purchase was made through Home Depot, and despite this – the Canadian Spa team was there for us in all elements of this purchase. We were able to call them in regards to planning our backyard and site prep, right through to after delivery spa setup questions. Every point of contact has been five star for us – from phone etiquette to professional delivery, to technical support. I’m a huge fan as a result, and will be bragging to my friends and family as we have them over for drinks in the tub. I’m a new spa owner – so can’t speak to the longevity or warranty end of this spa company – but felt extremely good in my decision when speaking with persons who work with a variety of tub companies for years – and they commented that all of the quality components in this tub would be found in a spa with a bigger name and bigger price tag. y understanding was that this is the best spa on the market right now. Canadian company as well. I relied heavily on internet reviews to better understand this product before purchasing. It was extremely well reviewed and received by customers. The couple of times that I read about complaint issues – they appeared to be quickly resolved by the Canadian Spa Company. I wish other companies would have a customer support experience like that. I have phoned CSC 3-4 times before having it delivered and was dealt with professionally every time – to discuss patio setup, electrical requirements, pre-delivery questions etc. They have been a huge support – and every team member was invested in me having a positive outcome. B I wanted a small classy spa for my sun room in my mountain cabin. Looked at all the spa dealers in Calgary and found them lacking in thier ability to provide what I wanted. W
almart provided a great product through Cdn Spa. At a price that came in at about 1/2 of what the spa centre’s wanted. I was concerned that the price was “to good to be true ” so I checked with Cdn Spa to make sure the spec’s on the walmart offerring were the same as if buying the same model from a more expensive dealer. They are and the product exceeds our expectations. Have enjoyed it every day over the Christmas season. We purchased this Winnipeg spa 2 weeks ago and it has turned out to be a great purchase. I have never had a hot tub before and I was a little worried that a plug and play hot tub would not stay hot but my fears were unfounded . This hot tub is well insulated and we have not had any problems keeping it warm at all even with the cool nights we have been having in Calgary. You cannot feel any heat escaping from it at all when touching the sides or the top cover. The lights are a nice touch and the mp3 stereo system works well. It took 24 hours to warm up but after that things were great. T
