I would say about 19ft. to be safe but i would make the measurements before I would buy. There is no pat answer to this. You'll need to measure your boat from bow to stern, and allow for any changes in elevation in the floor of the boat. The easiest thing to do is to take a tape measure, start at the bow, and unroll the tape measure along the bottom of the boat, following any steps up or down, until you get to the stern. If your boat is an inboard and you wish to recarpet the cover, you'll need to measure from the floor up the face of the cover, then add in the distance to the trailing edge of the cover. If you have a lot of lids to cover, include extra carpet for those, as you'll want to make sure that you have plenty of carpet. You can use where you cut out for the larger lids to cover the smaller lids, and then you'll want to make sure you have enough to cover those larger lids as well. If you order a few feet too much, you can always cut them down to use as covers for your bunk boards.
