iMe Beta Testing - group rules and report instructions
iMeWarning
If the group (@iMeBeta) is locked, it means that Beta testing is currently unavailable because:
- the version in the App Store / Google Play and iMe Beta version are the same, or
- the version in the App Store / Google Play is more up-to-date than iMe Beta version.
In both cases, please, report any issues via our standard Support service: Settings > Support > iMe Support, or via our technical support group @iMe_ai to report problems.

1. How to report bugs?
- Always be clear with steps to reproduce (STR) or at least provide a detailed explanation of the issue so that someone else can check or reproduce it. Attach any photos or videos to your report, if your scenario allows it. Submitting just media file of the issue is NOT ENOUGH.
- Indicate the version of the app you are using with the build number (for example: 11.1.4 1101040 for Android and 11.1.4 658 for iOS).
Android: You can find your version in Settings and scrolling to the bottom of the screen.
iOS: You can find your version by tapping the Settings icon in the bottom right corner for 10 times in a row and scrolling down.
Please avoid using expressions such as "latest version" or "previous version" as it makes it hard to track the report. - Devices with root access or Jailbreak are not encouraged for Beta testing, so please avoid testing on such devices.
- Specify your device model and OS version.
THIS IS REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR EVERY REPORT YOU DO.
Report example:
iMe for iOS 11.1.2 (708). iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 18.0.1.
When jumping between channels, I encounter an empty ad block where the ad message text fails to load. The issue can only be reproduced if there is one unread message remaining in the channel. You can find app logs in the attachment.

2. How to send logs on Android?
To send logs on Android, firstly, go to Settings > Scroll down to the bottom > Make a long tap on the panel with the app version until a smiley face appears > Make a long tap again > In the opened menu select Enable logging.
After that, reproduce the issue again so that the system commands are recorded in the log file. You can then send your logs to the @iMeBeta chat by opening Settings (Send Logs button will appear). In the future, reactivating logging will not be necessary.
