Furniture is bit old and impersonal.눇Large room, Id say an apartment around 100m2. We had a room on 22nd floor with spectacular view to the city. Splendid pool and garden 눉Coffee cup wasn't clean washed. Still some old coffee rest on it.눇Silence and space

Balcony had uneven & loose floor tiles. Breakfast is very limited for Western tastes. Bizarrely a film crew were filming all through the reception/lift area, really not practical with guests & rather restricting with lots of electricity cables trailing over the floor!눇Spacious rooms, Kitchette & balcony. Good views from requested high room. Large pool, with comfy sun loungers. Gym & steam room. Reception staff very helpful, breakfast ones less so. 눉The carpet in the bedroom needs changing or a substantial cleaning (a bit worn though clean, but looks not to be) The balcony could do a bit furnished.눇The staff is amazing!
Very helpful and can save a lot of money. The apartments are huge. The view is fantastic. The breakfast is perfect. 눉Only the cleaning staff could have been a bit more cheerful & responsive. And the trees by the pool need trimming. Too much ( cold) shade .눇All great as usual esp the reception staff & doormen ! After 10 years of meeting the same it does really feel like home ( away from home) ! 눉The breakfast was not good - juices was more like lemonade with sugar and the fruit was not fresh at all. Some of the staffs in the reception were nice, but we also met several staffs who were unfriendly.눇The suites was very big and the view was beautiful, but the suites and hotel in generel totally outdated and run down. This hotel has probably been very nice in the early nineties, but everywhere you looked, it needed a massive update. 눉Can be more updated a bit눇Service is very good 눉The pool is already in the shade : less dark tiles & pruning the trees for a little more light / sunshine would help.눇Our nth stay !
Staff as helpful & cheerful as ever. Hugely spacious comfortable flats . All the conveniences of home with the facilities & room service/ conceirge desk / complimentary breakfast et al) of a class hotel. Very central bad far enough & not to far from the mad touristy ambience of Sukhumvit, the main attractions & Hualamphong station. What more can one ask for ? 눉Worn , tired building no welcome or welcome drink emails not answered... State of property poor눇Beds v comfy bfast good 눉It was all good눇The staff, the position, the view and the breakfast 눉The restaurant staff very unfriendly and U helpful..we asked for half boiled eggs and hv to repeatedly request though they hv already done n was waiting till it was cold and also lied to us that the fruit was ran out at 8.00am thought the breakfast buffet was supposed to be finishes at 10am...and somehow around 8.30 they were able to replenish the fruit while we asked them why they said no more,they brushed aside the query...
I have submitted to their mgt a feedback already...눇The front desk reception very friendly and helpful 눉It is a little tired in places (eg the kitchen area) - but clean enough to be completely acceptable, and for us the space in the suite made up for it.눇Huge two bedroom suite - more than enough room for our family. It was also lovely to sit in the garden area for a pre-dinner drink while the kids played around the fountain. 9 minute walk to Lumpini park. A couple of good cafes and restaurants a short walk away.
