Meeting and checking in with someone who is a pro, normal, genuine and helpful makes all the difference for a low-maintenance traveler like myself. Also, when you check in they give each guest a delicious cookie that comes out of a specially made warming drawer right there at the front desk. My wife liked the cookie so much she actually ate mine as well before I had a chance to get to it. 눉Need renovation...kinda old ....need to sheets too눇Staff were super nice .....one thing tho, I call them for shower caps but they send me coffee caps ......cute but confused 눉Very cold night and very uneven temperature in room. My hair was full of electricity, shocks. Dry face itchy at hospital during test I was to remain still.눇Outstanding service from desk clerk on check in and checkout. Made us feel very welcome and was great help. 눉when we checked in everything was great....but after we got back to our room Sunday night after the concert we walked into room #1716 and it smelt of smoke, we were tired and didn't call the front desk, but my wife was very unset through the night as her asthma became worst as the night went on and the smell did not go away. we spoke to the attendant on our floor in the morning (Pasti) asked her to come in and she said right away that it was smoke she smelt. We also spoke to the attendant at checkout and he did apologise for our poor sleep but that was all...he did say he has had the same complaint from other guess??? 눇Staff were great, free cookie was awesome. Accommodating staff, great location.very friendly and efficient staff 눉It would be nice if breakfast was included in the stay but not necessary.눇Staff and facilities were wonderful.
