The Medina County Board of Developmental Disabilities is launching a leadership program for those with developmental disabilities who wish to hold leadership roles within the community. Leaders Academy applicants should also be involved in their community and have demonstrated leadership experiences in extracurricular activities. By operating a membership model we move in pace with our members, we are open to new approaches and engage with uncertainty together.
