The Garage Door Threshold Seal creates a tight seal for your garage door which will keep leaves, dirt, water and snow from being blown under the garage door by the wind. Also, if you have a sloped driveway or an uneven garage floor and water is seeping under your garage door, the door seal adds a 1/2 in. tall barrier to the garage floor. The door seal will also help keep out unwanted insects and snakes. Thank you for shopping Home How do you remove the threshold when it eventually wears out? In 10 years, we have never had one wear out. Can this be installed in freezing temps? The adhesive must be applied at 40 degrees or warmer. Is this product exactly 16ft? I had to trim about 1" off each side. My garage floor is epoxy coated, do you still recommend I use the liquid nails/threshold kit? We have had other customers install the Tsunami Seal Garage Door Threshold Kit on epoxy floors with no issues, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of each installation. Comparing 2 item numbers The Tsunami Seal is taller, it is 1/2". Has the extra tube of adhesive, which you will need if you want it to stay in place for years to come. Has the caulking gun, which you mentioned. Has a lifetime warranty! Will this with stand fork lifts rolling over it occasionaly It is impossible to answer the question because there are so many different types and weights of forklifts.
