I have always found Sears to be reliable. I will have to call to repeat the cleaning as there are areas that aren't as clean as they should be. The tech, Tony was very professional and a pleasure to deal with! Did a very quick and good fixer. The technician called me to explain the resolution with the garage door and answered all my questions with expertise. I highly recommend Jarrod (?). Once the installer finished, and I checked it. I thought that it needed a few adjustments.He made the adjustments. Now everything is operating smoothly. I did not receive a receipt that I signed. Please send it to me. Our technician was awesome! Both techs very proffessional and courtesy. Brian should be commended for such professional service. He is a tremendous credit and representative of Sears! Paul was both professional and pleasant. He explained my options, laid out the things I might want to consider, and we decided what to have done. I was extremely pleased. Very pleasant, efficient and professional in completing the task, and went beyond expectations. I think the charge of $75.00 to come out and find nothing wrong and not have to do anything at all . Didn't have to do work is pretty high. I have Sears, washer, dryer, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Not sure I would call Sears if something went wrong with them. e-mail receipts are not something I like. I would much prefer a paper receipt at the time of service. Jeff did a great job! Now we'll see what installation and performance match the above... Tomas was very helpful,throughout the estimate process Just to begin with, I am a very Customer service centric person. My experience with sears on this issue was propably the best experience I could have expected. 1st- the lady I spoke with was very pleasant and educated on the topic of my garage door.
