Nice Product but Poor Service The fence was pre-purchased through a contract with the installer in July 2015.
The installation did not take place until January 2016. The delay was due to my personal effort in obtaining a license to use permit from the county water department. I was assure by the installer that all permits were taken care of as part of the project management process but that turned out to be not true. The person who actually installed the fence seemed like a trusted professional. The product quality was good but there was a lot of clay left around the yard that I will have to level and/or remove in the spring. Given the choice I would not go through this again. Horrible horrible install process. It was a terrible process from start to finish, will never use them again. 6ft white vinyl fence w/lattice top. 3 locking gates, push button opening, tension spring closing. Quality materials, professional install. The installation of our fence was outstanding. The installer was the BEST! He was old school, and did not try to cut corners or take short cuts. He was friendly and explained exactly how he was going to do everything. I was in the service industry for many years.
