I didn't want to ask anything else of him in fear that it would cost me $1000. What I got was a $650 torsion bar and a non-functional garage door. I had to hook the opener up to the door myself and now I am in the position of taking the chain off, adjusting it and hoping to get it to work right. So far I haven't had much luck. You get 1 Star because Brian was a nice guy and he arrived during the estimated arrival time. Not satisfied, at all. You were recommended to me but I will not be doing the same.
