It was after 8:00 p.m. so perhaps the associate was tired after a long day but he was also having a conversation with a friend (or perhaps another off-duty employee) and I had to interrupt this conversation twice to get the information I wanted.




Then I discovered the next morning that a part I had specifically inquired about, was not included. Fortunately, I was able to use the same part from another compressor but, otherwise, I would have had to make another trip to the store. Not what I expect from this company.
