The garage door opener is equipped with a built-in overload protector in the motor, and the overload may have tripped as a result of running the opener multiple times during installation or an adjustment. Other possibilities include a short in the wires for the wall-mounted door control panel, a short in the wall-mounted door control panel or the logic board. Symptoms: Will not activate from remotes or door control, 5 flashes on the LED by the learn button or may hear the opener click 1 or 2 times when you try to activate it.
