It does take some careful reading of the installation literature and watching the company installation video. However after it's installed it woks every time. Now when I'm away from home I can simply look at my phone to ensure our garage doors are closed. The pop-up door operating notices are great to let us know when the doors are opened or closed. I can also use my phone to open/close the doors when I need to allow someone access to my garage or home when I'm away. That is a really great benefit.I like the alert when my family open[s] and close[s] the door. I know (they're) off safe and the history is nice too. Amy, at customer support, was terrific... Genie Aladdin WiFi door attendant works great. I did however call the help desk number which is listed on the install instructions. Amy, at customer support, was terrific at walking me through the actual setup to get the built in logic working correctly. I bought this to give me a piece of mind that my condo's garage was closed. So far I love this thing. Love the way you can see when the door is open and closed so you can tell if someone is home or has left. Aladdin Connect works great...
