For hygiene reasons, certain personal goods such as duvet covers, pillows, blankets, towels, mattresses etc. can only be accepted if the original packaging remains unopen and intact. We will ask you to send smaller items back yourself via a parcel delivery company. The cost will be refunded to you. For larger items, we can arrange a delivery company to pick-up the goods.
