Tack on another hour for custom requests like new sign designs or bows. Each roll of burlap is sorted by weight then color to ensure a seamless transition between the multiple rolls used for your wreath. 90% of the ribbon for my interchangeable bows has been hand sewn and/or cut from raw fabric as no one makes the colors/patterns/quality I demand. Chalkboard signs are painted and glued one-by-one before vinyl is cut for your custom lettering. Do you design everything but someone else actually makes it? What are the wreath dimensions & how do you hang them?
Wreaths are 24" wide and nearly 4" thick. Plush is often used to describe them. They will fit between storm doors but be sure to measure your space in case it's narrow. Since I literally offer thousands of possible bow, letter & chalkboard combinations, I only offer one wreath size. I use large Command hooks on all my doors and walls. Business Hours & Rush In an attempt to achieve work/life balance, I have implemented business hours: Monday-Thursday 9 am - 3 pm. Messages will be checked occasionally during the day. I am too easily distracted and answering a message can potentially spark an idea or send me down a wormhole of research. Before long, it's 4:00 and I'm not even close to finishing the orders I set out to make that day. Rush is no longer available. I am sorry for any inconvenience but the stress and time it takes away from my family is unfair. Please order early as my processing times can change dramatically from day to day. To be fair to everyone and myself I have made it a policy to not discount my work.
Each order is custom & handmade one at a time, not allowing for bulk or multiple item discounts. This also means I do not give my items away in exchange for blog posts, "exposure", advertising, etc. Custom and personalized ordersWhen an order is placed, you are reserving time needed to make that item(s) and in turn, may prevent me from being able to accommodate other clients. Refunds for quickly cancelled orders (within an hour of purchase) paid through Paypal will incur a 3.5% +(.20 fee/item) to cover the commission Etsy takes per order. Since the monetary transaction occurs outside the Etsy system, they are unable to refund their portion of the order total. Cancellations and refunds will not be granted for orders requested to ship before the stated processing time without the purchase of Rush. Rush is not available at this time. If no communication is received within 12 hours, the last name initial in the shipping address will be ordered. Exchanges & refunds will not be accepted if the initial/monogram is wrong in these cases. Please note that, although every effort is made to photograph my items accurately, I cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the bows, monograms and burlap. All wreaths are photographed in natural light and as such, the color of the burlap will vary based of the time of day, season and cloud cover. If you require a specific natural burlap color, this must be disclosed in your order. When will my order ship? Please refer to your invoice for estimated ship date. I do my best to get all orders out before or by the ship date on your invoice. The date given is, again, an estimate. I am a one-woman business and I alone handle everything from purchasing supplies, designing, packaging, shipping and every other tedious step of the process in between!
