The technician put in a request for a replacement part. The only thing that could be improved upon is giving the tech spare parts in case there's a piece that doesn't work when it's installed. It would save the techs time and keep the homeowner from having to lose more time at work while the replacement part is installed on another day. Very happy with every step of the process...the salesman and technician were both great. The technician explained everything about the door opener. He was very pleasant and helpful. Technician was given the wrong key pad to be installed.
He said he will be back sometime this week with the correct key pad for entry into the garage from outside Had an issue after my storm doors were installed that was discovered after they left but every effort was made to resolve it to a favorable conclusion. The key pad for outside entry is located too close to the garage door frame; therefore, I cannot close the cover on the key pad. The technician was suppose to move it over; however, he forgot to do so.
