I purchased a whirlpool French door bottom freezer may 31,2015. Six months,freezer stopped defrosting and ice build up. Repairman came out and it lasted for a couple of months. Lowes sent a new refrigerator same model and cubic foot, and it did the same. I asked for another model with top freezer and if it craps up,I will be returning for a refund. I despise this product! I have been washing clothes for about 60 years and know how to treat and be respectful with a machine. This machine is inadequate in every way! It wraps clothes around the agitator, cannot spin, when it's paused to be corrected it starts the entire cycle all over again. It consumes an inordinate amount of time... I bought a Whirlpool fridge from Lowes. I order to get an additional 5% off they convinced me to get a Lowes card. The bill did not come so I called and they said they sent it but it was not delivered, so we made arrangements to pay online. Anyway, I started getting phone calls from a bill collector. Despite the fact that we resolved the issue with the store and then had to explain it several times to the bill collectors, who said the calls... I bought a refrigerator on 12-15-15 it was delivered on 12-23-15. The delivery personnel could no get the ice maker to work and told us they would take care of it. Two weeks later I called back and they said service tech was coming to fix it then 2 weeks later I call back and they have ordered me a new refrig now here it is March 17 2016 and still nothing!!!!!
Holy heck, So we bought a Samsung cloths washer about 2 years ago. Literally 45 days after we got it, it was down. We purchased a Lowes extended plan. This machine has been broken every 3 months since the day we bought it. Average time to fix.... So I have been without a washer for over 120 days. Has Lowes honored their warranty, nope. Lowes doesn’t properly insure that their repair vendors are vetted for proper repair knowledge, an inexperienced appliance repair company was sent on Dec 23, 2015 that misdiagnosed the problem with our dish washer and ordered the wrong part. It took them one month to order the part and return, and after installing the part the... Will never buy anything from Lowes again!! Bought a new whirlpool washer, and extended warranty. Theyve been down here 4 times. The last time they said ot was unrepairable. Now theyre wanting to send another repairman. They're brain dead, and rude. Wont let u explain, talk over u. Cant wash anything but light weight clothes. No jeans, throws, towells, or blankets. They've put new springs in it twice and a complete new tub. I was sold Whirlpool washer/dryer with the commitment from 2 Lowes employees in 2 different stores that I would receive a $250 rebate. I went online and submitted for that rebate. When the rebate arrived it was for $100. I called Lowes and was told "Sorry, I guess the salesman was wrong" Really???
