It is solid, has a great height from the floor (hello brand new storage space). The setup was insanely easy, and the little screws provided to hold it together can easily be screwed in by hand. I received this bed frame as a product test from the manufacturer and it has exceeded my expectations. The frame is very sturdy and was super easy to set up and take down. It has storage room underneath and since a box frame isn't necessary it keeps the bed lower to the ground without sacrificing storage space. I was able to easily store my empty luggage underneath and didn't have to hop up to get into bed! I would highly recommend this bed frame for it's sturdy design, easy setup, and accessible storage. We have a hand me down mattress that would cause us to roll towards the middle of the bed, but after using this frame our bed is much flatter and we no longer are rolling to the middle of the bed. Also I like how compact this frame is before it is set up which will make moving in the future a breeze. The set up is easy and takes less than ten minutes.
