Go to your Account Management screen to see if your Facebook profile is logged in. If not, try logging in from here. If logging in from the Account Management screen doesn't correct the issue, you may need to try powering off your device for a few minutes. Check your Account Management screen again when you turn it back on to see if it has kept your logged in. 3. If the first 2 steps fail, please try the following... For Facebook login issues, please try carefully following these steps to disconnect your account and log back in: 1. Log in to Facebook on a computer 2. Find the name of the game application (Real Racing 3, Sims FreePlay) in the list and click on the "settings" link 4. Scroll to the bottom of the settings options and choose "remove app" to de-authorize the application from connecting to your Facebook account This will have disconnected your Facebook account from the game. Now: 1. Force close all apps running on your device, including the game2.
Turn your device off, then turn it on again after a few seconds 3. Open the game again and go to your Account Manager from the options menu 4. Log in to your Facebook account (you will need to approve permissions for the game application again) This should reconnect your Facebook account to the game again and log it in properly. Should the above steps not work, please go into your device system settings and select Facebook. Then ensure that The Sims FreePlay is set to on. If it is set to on, select delete account and sign back in on the device. 4. Check your firewall settings Some firewall settings may prevent your device from being able to correctly access social features, particularly if you have social sites blocked. Note: Sharing the same Player ID on more than one device may result in data loss. For instance, if you wish to continue your game from your phone to your tablet, you will need to manually transfer the Save from your phone to your tablet before you continue playing on your tablet. When you then finish your play session on your tablet, you will then need to transfer the updated Save back onto your phone. The Save will not automatically update across all of your devices. To sign into your Player ID, simply connect a Social Profile to your game, such as Facebook, Game Center, Google+ or Sina Weibo. Game Center users (iOS Only) automatically sign into Real Racing 3 (check your iOS Settings → Game Center to ensure you're signed in), however if you use Facebook, Google+ or Sina Weibo, you will need to go to the Settings and tap the Login or Sign In button for each Profile you wish to connect. Take note of your Player ID, as you'll need to make sure that this is the same on both of your devices.
Note: If you have only signed in with your Game Center account, you will only be able to transfer between iOS devices. If you wish to transfer to an Android device, you will need to sign in with either Facebook, Google+ or Sina Weibo. To transfer to a Kindle, you will need to sign in with either a Facebook or Sina Weibo account. After you have signed in with your Social Profile(s) of choice, tap the Cloud Save button in the Save Game that you wish to transfer to your other device. From here, tap Backup to Cloud on the left. This will upload your current Save Game to the Cloud Servers. After you have successfully backed up your Save Game to the Cloud, open Real Racing 3 on your device that you are transferring your Save to. Go to the Settings menu and make sure that you're signed into the same Player ID. If your Player IDs are not identical, you may have previously logged into more than one Social Profile in Real Racing 3. Once you have confirmed your Player ID is the same, tap on the Cloud Save button, and then tap Restore to Device.
