Top Rated Mattress Brands: Simmons Mattress Company (32) Review(s) Sleep Number (16) Review(s) Top Rated Adjustable Beds: Sleep Science Motion Trend TEMPUR Advanced Ergo System Adjustable Base FINALLY, a reputable site that wants to give mattress shoppers a way to research and compare REAL mattress reviews from people like yourself who have no hidden agendas. we want to just that. Many of the following mattress reviews have also been rated by the actual bed customers.  Below is a list of the various mattresses that have been reviewed by our expert team.  For each one, we have painstakingly added all the specifications in a table that you can add to a comparison chart and compare them against any others you want to review.  The same exact model, or only slightly different model of mattress may be available from different retailers by different names. For this reason, we also recommend that you shop by mattress brand and line rather just that particular model.

As an example, you will see more mattress reviews for Sealy Posturepedic as a mattress line, than as a particular model such as the Sealy Eaglewood. Other mattress reviews will be for models which carry the same name regardless of the retailer, such as all mattress reviews for any Tempurpedic brand bed.   The table below shows how we categorize each mattress we review: Ultra-firm Mattress - Slightly more padding than a typical padded carpet floor Firm  - Does not sink in very much, but feels more padded than a carpeted floor. $$ -      $500 to $1,000 Medium - Between plush and Firm $$$ -    $1,001 to $2,000 Plush - Similiar to a cushioned furniture, soft enough to disperse most pressure points $$$$ -  $2,001 to $3,999 Ultra Plush - The softest mattresses and beds, with complete body sinking. $$$$$ -  More than $4,000 We freely admit that it is hard to get shoppers to give good quality and unbiased reviews.  However, we have solved this issue and have come up with two very unique ways of getting all of our mattress reviews....read more

Manufacturer Warranties To ensure we provide you with the best customer service experience possible, please be aware of the following when you choose a replacement item: Keeping your Simmons bedding clean is simple with the use of a protective mattress pad.

Vacuuming is the only recommended cleaning method. Do not apply rotating brushes directly to the mattress surface. Do not use cleaning fluids of any type on your mattress—these chemicals could damage some of the materials. How much room do you really need? Do you have enough room in your bedroom? Will the mattress work with your current bed frame? Try our room planner to see if everything will fit Offer virtually unlimited ergonomic rest positions for a more restful sleep Some models feature memory buttons, massage options and wireless controls Many are designed to fit within your existing bed frame SPLIT BOX SPRINGS »Rest assured, split box springs offer all the support of a 1-piece. The main benefit of a split box spring is that it is easier to maneuver through tight passages and stairwells. All king mattress sets come standard with a split box spring. Most queen mattress sets are offered with the choice of a 1-piece or a split box spring.

9" HIGH-PROFILE BOX SPRINGS » Offered in split and 1-piece styles Offers added height if your mattress is not deep 5" LOW-PROFILE BOX SPRINGS » Offers less height if your mattress is very deep. Many of the new mattress styles are higher than older styles. It is important to measure all the pieces so you are comfortable getting in and out of your bed. 2" BUNKIE BOARDS » Perfect for adding a little extra support for both bunk beds and platform beds. For a person of average height, the mattress surface should be about 25" from the floor. Add bed frame height to the height of your mattress and subract your total from 25" to determine whether a high-profile or low-profile box spring is best for you. STANDARD BEDS OR PLATFORM LOOK BEDS Box spring, adjustable base or bunkie board is required. Bed frame is generally 3"-4" from the floor. Not made to accept a box spring or an adjustable base. For extra support, a bunkie board can be used.
