1. Road and Building Design & construction supervision Works Enterprise has invited wax-sealed bids compromising of a Technical and Financial proposal from eligible bidders for providing on the job training on Automated Analysis, Design, Detail Quantity computation & Design Drawings Preparation of Bridges and design of 180m span bridge located at Gondar City as per ACCRA standard at its head office located at bahir dar city of Amhara National Regional State.
2. Both the Technical and Financial bid documents may be obtained by any interested eligible bidders on the submission of a written application to Road & Building Design & Construction Supervision Works Enterprise Bahir Dar and upon payment of non-refundable birr 300 (Three Hundred Birr) To whom all inquiries and correspondences should be addressed 
3. Each bid must be accompanied by an acceptable bid bond in the sum equal to 2% of the bid amount including VAT, which shall remain in forces for 90 calendar days from the bid opening date and shall be in separate envelope. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the sum of 10% of the gross bid sum within 15 days from the signature. 
4. The auration of the service is 2 Weeks from the commencement of works.
5. . Both the Technical and Financial bid documents shall be in separate envelopes & wax sealed (one original & one copy). 
6. Applicants who do not score a minimum of 70 % of technical qualification criteria allocated 100% points will be considered as not pre-qualified and their price (finical) bid document will be returned to the applicant without opening it. 
7. Sealed Technical and Financial bid documents shall be submitted to the Road and Building Design & construction supervision Works Enterprise office CMC building kebele 16, ground floor, room number 002 starting front this announcement for 20 working days including satarday at office hours until 2:00 P.m and shall be publicly opened the same day and place at 3:00 P.m hours when the names of the bidders and the amount of their bids will be declared. Bidders are advised to attend the opening of bids. 
8. Bidders must present certificate of VAT registration 
9. Satarday is working day of an organization. 
10. Road & Building Design & Construction Supervision Works Enterprise reserves the right to reject any or all bids without giving reasons therefore and to waive informalities and irregularities, which do not constitute a material modification in the bids received.
