This can be solved by inserting a SIM card or exchanging or refreshing the firmware of the WLAN component (for example router or repeater) in your network. The mobile’s device network connection to the internet is instable (WLAN or cellular phone network). Workaround: Improvement of the connectivity. Your internet speed (or latency) from your internet provider is not sufficient. DoorBird’s connection to the internet is instable (WLAN or Ethernet). The mobile end device’s battery is not sufficiently charged. Modern Android and iOS operation systems change into power saving mode and process push notifications less often.
