i. we are only responsible to nice people and agreed to the terms of the transaction that had been set. we do not tolerate any kind of disrespect.

ii. payment needs to be done in the beginning to prevent anything related to red ink. payment method: dana, gopay, or qris without an extra fee.

iii. incoming orders will be processed immediately. the process may take one week or could be done within hours depending on the waiting list and our activities.

   process detailed:

   a. moodboard 7x24 hours

   b. wording 10x24 hours

   c. set-up channel 14x24 hours

iv. revision is only available within 24 hours after we send the preview. only accept minor revisions, major revisions will be charged an extra fee or counted as new orders. to minimize that case, please, don’t blank the form and fill out the form correctly.

v. we do not accept “terserah” nor “up to you” on the order form. if you still fulfill the form with these, we won’t accept any revisions. we’d love to help if you’re confused about deciding on a theme—not in any form.
