I would like to thank all the employees for there excellent customer service. I would like to recommend Aaron Straight for "employee of the month". He did an outstanding job with our purchace and delivery appointment. Followed through with sending the owners manual... Bought a new fridge and ice maker broke 4 times in 1 st year. They gave me credit for the old one and bought a new one from them.Dont think many places would of done that. Well worth going to Kelly's. Always Give Kelly's a Shot for any Home Purchase I appreciate it when I send folks in, and then hear later that y’all have taken care of folks (helps hold up my reputation for being detailed oriented, too). Like I used to drill into my team…people buy because they either Trust the salesperson or... A defective non-functional dryer was delivered to our home. Rather than resolving the matter promptly, Kelly's has failed to deliver a working dryer (which we have paid for!) for more than one week past the expected delivery date.

We were referred to Kelly's by a satisfied customer and now we are satisfied customers. We were guided through all the appliance selections from economical to high end and discussed the benefits or drawbacks of each.... Staff went out of their way to help us. We ended up with an item that came in a set that wouldn't work with our new appliance - they contacted the manufacturer and traded "up" the one item for one that would work for no extra charge.
Poor service after delievery We ordered a leather reclining sofa. When we received the sofa, it seemed a little loose, like it needed to be slightly tightened up. I called and talked with the woman who sold me the sofa and she said someone would call me the next day. It has now been three... Purchased Fridge and Deep FreezerNow a loyal customer. I usually go to Best buy for appliances but after working with the team to help me get what I needed in a hurry they were able to meet my needs, and price match. When I wasn't happy with the blomberg fridge they happily and... Our sales consultant, Aaron Straight was superb.
