As the DGTM Specialist at Nike, you will be the first line of support for all tools and processes supporting the Category Game Plan in Russia. In line with the EMEA NIKE Sales strategy, you will cooperate to the offense of accelerating the overall digitalization of processes, internally for sales force and externally with accounts. You will work closely with counterparts in the country, in others territories, as well as EMEA DGTM functions based in EHQ (CGP, Digital Experiences & Enablement) for a continuous improvement & alignment of the Territory DGTM process. 

You will report to the Russia DGTM Manager and be part of the broader EMEA DGTM team which operates in a fast moving environment. In this sense, the ability to navigate within the Nike matrix is essential, as is the ability to create an environment for stimulating collaborative new ideas, new concepts. 

• Be the local lead on Digital Experiences ( and AV first)

• Coordinate other sales tools and processes: 

• Execute the local samples process

• Collaborate to country show-rooms seasonal set-up

• Support the Digital First offense in country show-rooms


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Ecommerce, Digital or related field

• First experience in customer support (B2B or B2C) 2 years +

• Digital savvy – advanced skills in Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) 

• Analytics & knowledge of reporting tools such as Cognos.

• Ability to achieve results in a dynamic environment and to deliver on strategic, tactical and operational levels

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentation skills

• Pro-active problem solver with the ability to assess a challenge and develop action steps for resolution

• Fluent in business Russian & English – written & verbal
