How to Know What You are Getting All of our office chairs are carefully inspected, thoroughly cleaned, completely refurbished, and then given a grade. Chairs that get an "A" grade are essentially new, in showroom condition. These items are offered for sale when they are overstocked. The "B" grade indicates slight visible flaws that do not affect function. A "C"-graded chair is still fully functional, but may be mildly dented or have some other minor imperfection. "D" grades indicate that the chair does have noticeable wear and tear. For example, the lever that adjusts the height of the armrests may not be fully functional, but the chair is still solid and usable. We don't sell anything that is not.
