In the end, the Riddler had your final laugh at Batman, asserting that he was going to take over Gotham with his superior intellect, however, bat man merely replied that he would stop at nothing to safeguard the future of Gotham City. With that, the Riddler escaped into the night once more, but before leaving a last note for bat-man saying he would watch his prospective moves in order to find out if he'd develop into the pioneer that he desired. Bat man then went after the Joker, battling him in a brutal struggle by which the Riddler was defeated but not defeated completely. Batman then caught the Riddler, hurling him into the Batplane, also escaped to sneak the plans of the Joker later on. Then, the Riddler happened on the offender world once again, causing more trouble for Batman in the past.
