crDroid for Mondrian

• Initial crDroid release from my side,
• Updated blobs from diting (Xiaomi 12T Pro) V816.0.3.0.ULFMIXM, except one which will be mentioned later in the changelog,
• Fixed crashes of qcc-trd by taking libgrpc++_unsecure from unicorn stock,
• Fixed Netflix Widevine support by updating media blobs from the same firmware as rest of them,
• Picked SF durations from Pixel 5 (hopefully it will be smoother than before),
• Enabled battery cycle count (i don't know if it will work on it properly, but let it be),
• Dropped unused qti-telephony-common.jar as we don't use telephony injection as now,
• Reduced the UDFPS enroll progress bar radius to be more acceptable.
