We’re in total awe of the floral displays created by The Flower Factory, especially the table arrangement that we gave a sneak peek of yesterday on our Instagram account. Pinterest-worthy stationery from PALETTERA Custom Correspondences, a pretty Le Gateau Bake Shop cake, and Vera Wang gowns in shades of white, blush, and lilac also had us loving this shoot!With five halls of varying sizes the Rialto can accommodate any type of private or corporate event: anniversaries, graduations, fundraisers, parties, galas, shows, weddings, product launches, cocktail parties etc. Our goal is to help you create a truly memorable event! The maximum capacity is 1,165 but varying configurations will alter this total. The balcony has 429 fixed seats; the two loges off the stage can each accommodate 12 to 15 people. The main floor can accommodate 350 people seated at tables or 650 standing (general admission). The stage measures 28′ x 28′. Rental includes tables, chairs and bar service. Standard set-up of the main theatre is cabaret seating. Additional charges of $200 may apply if changes are made to the standard seating arrangement. The Rialto Theatre has established catering partners. Outside caterers may be allowed subject to certain conditions. The Theatre has light, sound and projections systems. It has a separate entrance and can be rented as a unique venue or in combination with one of our other spaces. The maximum capacity for this venue is 400 people. The Piccolo venue includes a vestibule, stage and main space, which can be left open or configured with tables and chairs.Standard set-up of the Piccolo is cabaret seating. The stage has light, sound and projection systems. Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday: $2,000 plus taxes. Thursday or Sunday: $2,500 plus taxes. Friday or Saturday: $3,000 plus taxes. With large windows facing Parc Avenue, Il Rialto Cabaret (formerly Il Rialto Restaurant) offers a lovely space with many possibilities. The main floor accommodates 150 people, the mezzanine accommodates 50 people, and a seasonal terrasse can accommodate an additional 40 people.Standard set-up is cabaret seating. The Rialto Hall is a beautiful light-filled space with high ceilings and large windows facing Park Avenue. The hall has a separate entrance and can be rented as a unique venue or in combination with one of our other spaces. The maximum capacity for this venue is 300 people. The Rialto Hall venue includes a stage, bar and the main space, which can be left open or configured with tables and chairs. The Rialto Studio is located on the top floor of the Rialto building, with large round windows facing Parc Avenue. It has a separate entrance and can be rented as a unique venue or in combination with one of our other spaces. The Studio venue includes dance flooring, barres, a large mirror and a changing room.
