Who doesn't like a whole store full of friendly associates for that matter? Today Jessie helped me out at the checkout. We exchanged small talk, and she was very professional. This store ALWAYS impresses me. Lee in lighting was fantastic!!!! Very helpful and wonderful customer service; it is because of employees like him that I will continue to shop at this Home Depot!Love that it stays open later than most home stores!! I do NOT recommend you purchase wood pellets from Home Depot. They sell Michigan Wood Pellets, made in Troy MI. Ruined my Harman stove!! Not sure if it is the product, or the way Home Depot stores them. Now I am out $3500.00!! L;ove a store 1 mile from Lambeau Field in the heart of Wisconsin. A lot of DIYs here in Wisconsin, the HD has a lot to offer the professionals as well as the non professional Do It Yourselfers.
All items can be found with great inventory laid out and labeled with signage. If anything is not understood the stores have an available network of employees that are trained to help get you situated and to make an informed decision. Down to the most helpful cashiers that are friendly, helpful and courteous. I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot - the store's employees are outstanding - their customer service is exemplary - I shop a clean neat store - easy to find items - On Friday January 13th - two employees I dealt with showed excellent customer service - the gentleman that assisted me with play ground sand and Falicia -your cashier - she welcomed us as we entered the store - cheerful and enthusiastic - she checked us out and recommended suggestions to us - thanked us and wished us a pleasant weekend - I worked 44 years in retail pharmacy and prided myself in giving my customers the best customer service I could - the bottom line is will customers shop your store because of how they are treated - you bet they will --your sales are generated by employees that represent your company and your stores with pride in their work and a job well done - keep up the training and please recognize Falicia - she is undoubtedly an asset to your business Thank
