Considering one of the the staff members took my bags up for me, it didn't bother me at all.눇Upon arrival, I was greeted with a friendly and polite receptionist. Check in was promptly done and I was given the free wifi password and helped with my bags.
The room was clean and elegantly decorated. I was informed by the owner that the hotel is still undergoing refurbishment. I was quite surprised as throughout the hallways and bar it was very clean. I had a great night's sleep , the bed was very comfy and the shower was nice and hot. It does seem the new management knows what they are doing, I would definitely stay here again if I am in town. I got the feeling that no request was too much for the staff, they even brought extra towels up to my room on request! I am beyond pleased with this hotel and would love to come back soon!Noise insulation from corridor and other rooms눇Friendliness and helpfulness of the staffBathroom was dirty/old and the shower was cold and literally did not get warm. Had to ask for the heating to be on for the radiator to work. No cutlery, a phone or soap in the room. There was only one towel between two of us. Had to ask for extra pillows as well. Room was noisy throughout the night with people coming through the hallway.
The tv was tiny too눇Location and we had food delivered to the room. Room was big and spacious. 눉Everything, it is one of the worst places I have every stayed, you should be embarrassed to offer this this hotel to anyone!눇Nothing at all! 눉Rubbish, including cigarette packets under the bed and side table. General state of room very poor, floor tiles pealing up and stained walls. Constant sound of running water from the walls.눇not much that i can think of 눉The state of the property was in disarray - room was dirty, and not cleaned from the last booking with rubbish alll over the room (food 눉The cold shower in the early morning and very dirty room눇There was nothing to like 눉Everything, looks like a ghost building with foul smell..no hot water, shower water not draining...moved 3 rooms in 1 night..눇Not worth paying for..! 눉Damp and mould in bathroom. Mattress spring stuck into my leg in middle of night. Stayed in another hotel for the second night.눇Secure car park
