The hall looked absolutely gorgeous with its twinkling fairy light canopy and tables laid to our exact requieremnts. We couldn’t fault the staff at all. They were brilliant and made sure me and my new husband were never without a drink, canape or whatever we needed. Our guests all commented on how professional and friendly the staff were and how stunning the venue looked. Brooksby allowed us to decorate the rooms completely to our indvuidual taste and took care of all the final touches for us such as putting out favours and ensuring all of our suppliers were present and correct.

We could not have asked for more from the venue, they met every need, request, quibble and totally delivered. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was organised for us with minimum fuss and drama. Sally, our co-ordinator, was fantastic and the whole day ran perfectly. The grounds at Brooksby Hall are perfect and kept so well being part of an agricultural college. The photo opportunities are endless. The Hall and grounds are beautiful. Our wedding co-ordinator Kay was fantastic throughout the planning and the day itself. The staff there are so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent (recommend going for sunday lunch to see the quality of the food and service for yourself). Its amazing value for money. You have the whole place to yourself, and gorgeous grounds for your photos. We had a civil ceremony in the ‘Old Hall’ (yellow room) and then the meal and reception in the large hall. Our guests commented on how well organised everything was, how good the food was and how helpful everyone was. The only thing we were worried about was the lack of on-site accommodation, but they have a house that sleeps up to 12, which we used to accommodate the wedding party and then outside term time there are student dorms available - and breakfast was served in the Hall and was fantastic.
Most of our guests stayed in local hotels. It was all the little touches that made the difference – red carpet to walk into the ceremony from outside, being allowed confetti, always someone there to help with anything you want.How could you not fall in love with this place? The facilities are fantastic and combined with the grounds and service provided make this place outrageous value for money! When your day is over treat yourself to Sunday Lunches in the same location or Valentines. Make this place a special venue for a lifetime.
