A Secluded Seaside Cabin This is a secluded seaside retreat with amazing views of Mount Hope Bridge and Bay. There is an original Adirondack style-cabin nestled in a red cedar grove recently upgraded that is used for cocktails. The lighted Mount Hope Bridge at night offers breathtaking, priceless views. Adjacent to the cabin is a grassy field perfect for your ceremony or tent. A Historic Polished Barn Our historic, polished barn venue is surrounded by a classic farm setting. Perfect for a smaller wedding, cocktail party, rehearsal dinner, or corporate meeting. Tall ceilings, polished floors, and beautiful gardens complement this setting. Function hours are for a five-hour period decided by the needs of your event. Events must end by 11 pm on a Friday or Saturday. For events Sunday through Thursday, events must end by 10:30 pm. The vendors are allowed access to the facility three hours prior to the start of the event. Clients are able to access their specific rental site one hour prior to the start of their event. The lessee will pay 50% of the base rental fee at the contract signing to book the day. There is also a $250 host fee to cover security and parking staff, and a $500 security deposit required. The security deposit will be returned within thirty days if there has been no damage.  We highly recommend mosquito treatment for Cove Cabin at a cost of $250.Rental rates range from $2,000 – $4,000 for the Barn depending on the day and month.Rental rates range from $4,500 – $5,000 for Cove Cabin depending on the day.Corporate meeting rates are incurred on an hourly basis.There is an additional fee of $500 for an onsite ceremony, this will add 30 minutes to your rental time.




Liquor service must terminate 30 minutes prior to the end of your contracted rental time, or at a maximum of 5 hours, whichever occurs first. Tents, tables, and chairs need to be rented from an approved vendor. The Barn has a limited numbers and styles of tables and chairs available for rent at a discounted price. A reception area serves as the foyer entrance to the cozy 800-square-foot ballroom, and our four French doors open to large and beautifully landscaped grounds. The Museum is an ideal venue for meetings receptions, birthday parties, showers, and class or family reunions. The recreated ITU Hall includes a stage & projector for concerts or presentations and is able to accommodate 50-75 guests for a sit down dinner or 200 for a cocktail hour. Parking fees for state-operated beaches only were reduced at the start of the summer of 2016. As of July 1, 2016, resident parking passes cost $6 for weekdays, $7 for weekends and holidays and $30 for the season. Nonresident passes are $12 for weekdays, $14 for weekends and holidays and $60 for the season. Cash or credit cards only are accepted. Season passes can be obtained at the entrance booths of state beaches during operating hours, May to Labor Day. Residency for the purpose of buying a pass is based on vehicle registration.
