We require a non-refundable deposit to confirm a reservation. The deposit is your assurance that the items requested are available on the requested day. We also require a valid credit card number to keep on file while the products are in your possession.
Q. What about changes to my order?A. Adjustments and final changes can be made to your order up to two weeks before the date of your function (subject to availability). If orders are cancelled, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.Q. How and when do I pay?A. The non-refundable deposit is required at the time of making your reservation. Payment in full is required before items are released to a customer. We accept Visa, MasterCard and cash.Q. Is delivery available?A. Delivery is available for a nominal charge.
