This one-of-a-kind site offers a charming private space with a wonderful view of the surrounding park and Lake Ontario. Complete with restroom facilities and available parking. The Studio is a perfect choice for meetings, workshops and social functions. The Studio is approximately 620 square feet and features vaulted ceilings with skylights, rustic wood panelling and flooring, a decorative stone fireplace, and a large bay window.The facility is equipped with heat, air conditioning, ceiling fans, two restrooms, and a cloakroom. Also included in the space are 10 folding tables (29 ¼" H x 72" W x 30" D), 2 folding half-circle tables (72" D), and 50 folding black wooden chairs.Food and drink are permitted in The Studio, however please be aware that the facility does not have a kitchen.
If you choose to serve alcohol you will need a Special Events permit from the LCBO for the date of your rental. A copy of this permit must be on display in The Studio for the duration of your event.Rental of The Studio does not include linens, dishware, cookware, projector, or sound system. Outside rentals or the use of personal equipment and/or décor is welcome, however Oakville Galleries cannot accept responsibility for any equipment or décor brought onsite or accept deliveries on behalf of renter.Limited parking is available in the main Gairloch Gardens lot on Lakeshore Road for your guests, as well as three spaces adjacent to the studio. Additional parking in the lakefront lot is available on weekends and evenings. The Studio is wheelchair accessible with access to reserved parking.Daily rental fee (9 hours to 24 hours) is $450 + HST. Half day rental fee (8 hours or less) is $275 + HST. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.Special rates are available for not-for-profit organizations or multiple day rentals.

The Historic Oakville Jailhouse is limited to occupancy of 50 people maximum inside. The Square is limited to 250 people maximum. The Oakville Community Center is limited to a maximum occupancy of 80 people. Payment in full of the rental rate plus security deposit is required to reserve a specific date.
