When we were in your shoes we purchased cheap chairs every year and skipped the umbrella. We are also in Dennisport. In June we rented a bike rack from Essential Rentals in Yarmouth. If you contact them at least a week in advance you'll get free delivery. Lastly when you go out to Nauset Beach in East Orleans you'll be able to rent everything that you want. I know what you mean about these rentals being big business elsewhere.
