Or download an SIS UVGA driver which can display 1450+1050 (which your chip can't display) and move the now virtually 1450*1050 display and then the image is there in full. No matter using the arrow keys to alter the Y/X center values, at all times I can see part of the video only. (It doesn't work anymore not depending on software - I must admit that tuning the cooling possibilities can not have done any good. But lets try somethin else! I will try to make tests with the Pinnacle as I do not have the ADS installed anymore .
