Everything was very classy and I would book again in a heartbeat! Staff was friendly, drinks were made to order with premium alcohol. Pools super clean, and always a pool bed or chair available. We stayed in the Premium section during our stay, and it was the best thing we did. The whole resort was clean, and everyone was super nice. Very family friendly resort. A must to start the day is yoga on the beach with JORGE who is so welcoming and accommodates newbies to yoga and those more experienced.
His attention to detail, knowledge and encouragement speaks for itself with the 'regulars' not missing this opportunity for increasing flexibility, relaxation and perfecting their headstand! Service in the restaurants also is good with our favourite being the Carribean. Super MARIO from the Mexican sorted out Fajitas which were not on the menu - nothing too much trouble. Special thanks to EVA in Spoons for the impromptu Happy Birthday at breakfast. The service on the beach has been excellent. The pizza in Pizza Dudes was tremendous and well worth a visit. The gym is well organised clean and well equipped. A thoroughly relaxing stay. We've stayed in other Sensatori's and this does compare with regard to service despite what others may say! (Beats any Secrets hotel!) My self & wife have just spent the most wonderful 2 weeks holiday at the Azul Sensatoti hotel, the hotel its self was always kept so clean and the staff we're all so friendly & helpfull which made our stay perfect. Spent one fabulous week at this resort!
All resort staff from the front desk to restaurant servers were superb. Extremely courteous and attentive! In particular, was Ada our pool side drink server and Marivel and Maria from the spa! Could not ask for more kind people to make our trip very memorable and special! Just in to my first week here and this is the most amazing holiday....hotel is amazing and laid out well and the staff can't do enough for you and the food is of great quality except the seafood has been a little disappointing as it's generally overcooked. What is really making my holiday special is spending time with my partner relaxing and taking part in the yoga with George every morning at 8am looking out over the sea....George and his side kick Lewis are truly fantastic...the boot camp is seriously tough but fantastic and they are both a real credit to the hotel!!!Level Contributor“” Our group of 6 travelers are staying now in this hotel and I can say it's the worst customer service during our 14-days trip in Mexico.

Our room was upstairs, large and the king size bed was most comfy. Rooms are large and beautiful, traditional rooms on the ground floor surround the patio, have tall ceilings and small windows, lovely and quiet but maybe a bit dark.
